Several standards for SMC fiberglass water tank testing:
1、 Cracks or delamination: primarily refers to the separation between fabric layers and the cracking of the fabric tape. The characteristic impression of the film is that cracks or delamination in the laminated board are mostly straight and have sharp or "zigzag" shaped black lines at both ends; The cracks or delamination in the wrapped products are mostly straight or slightly wavy black lines, or shuttle shaped impressions with a wide center and pointed ends; The shape of cracks in molded products varies depending on the shape of the product, often presenting as sharp, curved black lines at both ends.

2、 Resin aggregation: refers to the situation where a certain part of the product contains too much resin, resulting in film impressions that are similar to cracks or delamination. However, the contrast between the impressions of cracks with a relatively equal degree is small, and the impression summary is not clear.
3、 Loose: refers to a decrease in the fineness of a certain part of the product, with irregularly scattered small pores or small cracks, and small resin aggregates present. The impression feature of the film is irregular layered cloud like black stripes.

4、 Wrinkles: They can be divided into circumferential wrinkles (scattered along the circumference of the product) and axial wrinkles (along the axial direction of the product) according to their different directions. The impression characteristics of the film are wavy.
5、 Metal doping: The impression feature of metal doping in fiberglass in the film is a white impression with the same shape as the doped metal. The square SMC water tank can only be used after all inspection items are qualified.
