Underground Box Pump Integrated Water Tank
The water from the tap water pipeline directly enters the regulating tank, and the air inside the tank is discharged from the vacuum eliminator. After the water is filled, the vacuum eliminator automatically shuts off. When the tap water can meet the requirements of water pressure and quantity, the integrated box pump equipment supplies water directly to the water supply network through a bypass check valve. When the pressure of the tap water network cannot meet the water requirements, the integrated box pump equipment system sends a pump start signal through a pressure sensor (or pressure controller, electric contact pressure gauge) to start the water pump operation. When the water pump is supplying water, if the water volume in the tap water network is greater than the flow rate of the water pump, the system will maintain normal water supply. The vacuum eliminator enters the regulating tank, eliminating the negative pressure in the tap water pipeline network. After the peak water consumption period, the system returns to normal. If the tap water gives a stop signal to the water pump to protect the water pump unit.
What are the components of the integrated buried box pump equipment?
1. The integrated constant pressure water supply equipment of buried box pump should be equipped with a fire special dry motor long shaft pump (dry motor deep well pump) inside the water tank, and a collection pit and sewage pump need to be made inside to timely discharge the sewage inside the water tank.
2. Assembled bolted connection water tank, made of 4mm/3mm hot-dip galvanized steel plate and 0.4mm food grade 304-2B stainless steel composite plate, connected by bolts, pressure bars, angle steel and other accessories. Because the integrated constant pressure water supply equipment of buried box pumps requires soil cover to withstand the pressure of surrounding and top soil cover, internal reinforcement and station columns need to be strengthened. The material outsourcing is hot-dip galvanized and requires asphalt anti-corrosion treatment.

Characteristics of integrated fire protection equipment with box pump:
1. Energy saving: Adopting frequency conversion technology to enable soft start of the water pump, avoiding the current impact on the power grid caused by the integrated fire boosting and stabilizing water supply equipment of the box pump; At the same time, due to the implementation of constant pressure control, it also avoids the impact on the pipeline network and extends the life of the pipeline and the reading door. The traditional secondary pressurized water supply method for water tanks puts tap water into the tank, releasing the original tap water pressure to zero, wasting the original pressure energy of tap water. This device utilizes a regulating device to connect with the tap water pipeline
network, which can fully utilize the pressure energy of the pipeline network and save up to 50% -90% of electricity.

2. Eliminate secondary pollution: The traditional secondary pressurized water supply method for water pools puts tap water into the pool. The water in the pool is easily contaminated by dirt or even animal carcasses, especially in summer, which can easily produce algae or breed mosquitoes, directly affecting physical health. The device uses a closed water supply method with a regulating device to eliminate secondary pollution.
