Enamel Water Tank

Installation steps for enamel steel plate water tank:
1. Install the water tank base: Align the diagonal dimensions of the channel steel base, and then weld it when the size of each gap in the base is not greater than 970cm. After welding, check whether the entire base is horizontal. If it is not horizontal, add an iron plate and level it with the foundation.
2. Install the bottom plate of the water tank: First, thread the bottom plate with 30 screws and reinforce the rubber strip (note: screw pads must be added on both sides of the screw; the thick side of the rubber strip faces inward), then connect the water tank plates. When connecting the plates, align the two water tank plates, tighten the screws at both ends, and then tighten the other screws. After the water tank panels are assembled, observe whether the water tank panels at the
four corners of the channel steel base are pressed against the channel steel. After confirmation, drill holes in the fixed angle iron and the channel steel base and tighten them with screws (do not let the screws turn when tightening).
3. Connection between upper and lower side panels: It should be noted that there is a difference in thickness between the upper and lower side panels, and then tighten the screws.
4. Leak sealing installation: Apply glass glue to the screws with adhesive blocks, and thread the screws through the small holes where the four plates are connected inside the water tank from the inside out. Apply glass glue and a rubber strip outside (the rubber strip should not be larger than the small angle iron used to seal the leak), then add an angle iron and tighten the screws afterwards.
5. Screw: Put on the rubber and thread it from the outside in. Install the tension plate (not too tight), and tighten the outer tension plate with force.
6. Assemble the cover using 30 screws for connection, without the need for additional screw pads or rubber strips. Simply tighten it with force and support it internally at the connection point of the water tank plate.
7. When installing the flange, find the angle and evenly apply a glass adhesive ribbon with a rubber strip on top of the flange. Then thread it through the water tank and do not turn the screw when tightening it.
8. Go up the ladder later and place the inner ladder inside; When going up the outer ladder, place the two small sides below the outer ladder on the lower channel steel, and then hook them with four ladder clamps, two on each side. Make holes on the flange of the water tank plate and screw them in. The entire water tank has been installed.
