What is BDF fire water tank:
The BDF fire water tank is a composite water storage device designed specifically for fire protection systems, made of stainless steel plates (such as SUS304) and galvanized steel plates (i.e. BDF material). A composite structure has been formed, which ensures the strength and corrosion resistance of the water tank, extends its service life, and meets the strict requirements of the fire protection system for water quality and supply capacity. The "BDF" in its name respectively represents. The core material of BDF prefabricated fire water tank is composed of stainless steel plate and galvanized steel plate composite. Among them, the side in contact with water is lined with a stainless steel thin plate. Stainless steel, as a high-quality alloy material, has extremely high corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and strength. In the fire water tank, stainless steel material can effectively resist the erosion of chemicals, bacteria, and oxides in the water, maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the water quality. Meanwhile, the stainless steel surface is smooth, easy to clean and maintain, reducing the risk of secondary water pollution.
The outer side of the water tank is made of thicker galvanized steel plate. Galvanized steel plate is improved in corrosion resistance by coating a layer of zinc on the surface of the steel plate.
