SMC Prefabricated Water Tank
SMC prefabricated water tank is currently a new type of water tank adopted internationally. The SMC prefabricated water tank produced by our Texas Dafeng Water Tank is manufactured by the National Building Materials Industry Bureau and the Ministry of Construction {1999}330 The document number belongs to a batch of recommended products and fully complies with the technical requirements of the National Construction Industry Bureau standard JC658.1-1997. The water tank has been tested by relevant national departments and meets the requirements of GB/T17219-98 "Safety Evaluation Specification for Drinking Water Transmission and Distribution Equipment and Protective Materials". The water quality meets the national "Drinking Water Standard" (GB5749-85).
The production process of SMC prefabricated water tank:
1. The resin paste and glass fiber yarn prepared from raw materials are impregnated by an SMC sheet machine, and after 48 hours of processing, they are added Warm curing.
2. After cutting the molded sheet, it is placed in a mold with a temperature of 120-140C for molding. After being held under pressure, it is demolded to form a single board, Trim the edges and drill holes.
3. Quality control checks the resin formula, glass fiber content, and uniformity of the sheet to ensure that the strength meets the standard.
Requirements and steps for cleaning prefabricated SMC water tanks:
1. Rust caused by dirt on the surface of the prefabricated SMC water tank can be washed with 10% nitric acid or grinding detergent, or with specialized cleaning agents.
2. If there is dust and easily removable dirt on the surface of the prefabricated SMC water tank, it can be washed with soap, weak detergent, or warm water.
3. The trademark and film on the surface of the water tank should be washed with warm water and weak detergent. The adhesive composition should be cleaned with alcohol or organic solvent (benzene).
4. If there is grease, oil, or lubricant contamination on the surface of the water tank, wipe it clean with a soft cloth, and then clean it with neutral detergent, ammonia solution, or specialized detergent.
5. The surface of the prefabricated SMC water tank has bleach and various acid attachments. Immediately rinse with water, then soak in ammonia solution or neutral carbonated soda water solution, and wash with neutral detergent or warm water.
6. The rainbow pattern on the surface of the water tank is caused by excessive use of detergent or oil. When washing, use warm water neutral detergent to wash it off.
SMC combination water tank is assembled by SMC molded veneer, sealing material, metal fasteners, and piping system. Water tanks ranging from 1 to 500 tons can be assembled according to user needs. If the original water tank needs to be updated, without renovating the house, it can be assembled by connecting the molded veneer through the door, which is very practical and brings great convenience to the design and construction departments.
