Enamel Civil Air Defense Water Tank
Enamel water tank is a water storage equipment assembled by high-temperature sintering of high-strength enamel steel plates. The material of enamel steel plate water tank must be sintered with enamel at high temperature to form a dense glaze layer on the surface of the water tank. The ions at the interface with the steel plate permeate each other and mix to form a diffusion layer with a thickness of about 200-300 microns, which increases the adhesion strength of the enamel surface. In addition, the porcelain surface of the enamel steel plate water tank is smooth for easy cleaning and corrosion-resistant,while the steel plate assembly structure is not easy to deform, has strong seismic resistance, and high impact resistance.
Preparation before installation of enamel steel plate water tank:
1. Inspection of water tank components:
Inspect the enamel steel plate surface of the enamel steel plate water tank for any defects such as bumps, chipping, etc.
For minor damages, repairs can be made according to the manufacturer's recommendations; If the damage is severe, the
damaged steel plate should be replaced in a timely manner.
-Check the quantity of components in the water tank, including side panels, top panels, bottom panels, reinforcing ribs,
sealing strips, bolts and nuts, etc., to ensure that all components are complete.
2. Installation environment inspection:
Determine whether the load-bearing capacity of the installation location meets the weight requirements when the water
tank is fully loaded. Generally, a solid and flat foundation is required, and a concrete foundation can be used. The size of
the foundation should be 10-20 centimeters larger than the surrounding area of the water tank bottom.
-Check the spatial dimensions of the installation site to ensure that the water tank can be installed smoothly and there is
sufficient space around for inspection, maintenance, and pipeline connections. At the same time, consideration should be
given to the safe distance between the water tank and surrounding buildings or equipment.
